I read your items as a whole. For each item I see: canvas area (Present / What's Next / Paused / Past / Inbox), shape (Work / Learn / Enjoy), tone (Cognitive / Execution / Life / Tension), scope (Direction / Initiative / Action), engagement, significance, next action, and description. In Selected scope I also read focus notes and any attached source files.
I look for patterns across those signals: what is active, what looks stalled, what is missing a next action, where tension or dormancy is clustering.
I suggest items worth a closer look. I never move or change anything.
How to use:
1. Choose a scope — Visible reads your filtered list, Selected goes deep on one item, All reads the full workspace (up to 18 items).
2. Ask a question or pick a preset below.
3. Use suggested items as inspection targets — open them in the sidebar to act.
